Custom apps
for your business
We design and build the application your operation actually needs, for iPhone, Android and web. No templates, no features you’ll never open, and an artificial intelligence assistant built in. We’re a remote studio working with businesses across the United States, Canada and Latin America.
What a custom app really is
A custom app is built around how your business works: your processes, your roles, your rules. Not the other way around. Together we decide which screens exist, who gets into each one and what happens automatically.
The opposite is off-the-shelf software: you pay every month for a system designed for the average business in your industry, use half of what it does, fight what it’s missing and bend your operation to the program. Custom development runs the other way, and what comes out of it’s yours.
It’s the difference between a suit off the rack and one cut to your measurements. Both are suits. Only one fits.
Three views, one system
Not three programs and not three licenses. One application that shows each person exactly what belongs to them.
The one your customer uses
They browse, buy, book or follow up from their phone, under your brand, without calling anyone.
The one your team uses
Everyone signs in with their own account and sees only their own work: their accounts, their tasks, their permissions.
The one you use
The admin panel with the whole business: live numbers, access control and reports you can export.
What your application includes
iPhone, Android and web
One app published on the App Store and Google Play, plus a web version when the project calls for it.
Admin panel
You add, edit and remove everything yourself. Nothing waits on us for a change.
Roles and permissions
Owner, manager, agent, customer. Each role sees what it should and nothing else.
AI assistant
An assistant trained on your business information that answers your customers in your brand voice.
Notifications
Automatic alerts for payments, appointments, orders and due dates, for customers and for your team.
Payments and follow-up
Payment records, statements and reminders, with a payment gateway when your operation needs one.
Reports that mean something
Charts and Excel exports, so you decide with data instead of with what someone remembers.
Your database
Your data lives in an account in your name, with backups. If you ever leave, it leaves with you.
Your app ships with an AI assistant inside
This isn’t a generic chat bubble stuck in a corner. It’s an assistant trained on your business information, with a name and your brand voice, that takes care of your customers inside the app and answers what someone on your team answers by phone today.
It answers questions, books appointments, takes orders, qualifies leads or walks someone through their balance, depending on your industry. It replies at any hour and never tires of saying the same thing twice. No off-the-shelf template gives you that.
From idea to the app store
Discovery
A call to understand how your business runs today, where your time goes and what the app should solve. That’s where the scope comes from.
Clickable prototype
Before a line of code, you get the screens of your app to walk through and approve. Anything you don’t like gets changed right there, while it’s still just a design.
Build and testing
We build the full app and hand it over so you and your team can use it with your real data. Whatever that testing turns up gets fixed before it goes live.
Launch and training
We publish to the app stores, load your real data and train your team until they use it without asking.
See what it looks like in yours
Every industry needs different things. Open yours and see, screen by screen, what the app takes care of.
Remote by design
We work with businesses across the United States, Canada and Latin America. You get a named contact who keeps your business hours, meetings over video, and a project board you can open whenever you want to see where things stand. Everything ships through the app stores and the web, so the work lands the same wherever you’re.
What everyone asks us
It depends on scope, which is why every project gets its own quote. What moves the price is the number of screens, how many types of user sign in (customers only, or team and administration too), whether it takes payments online, whether it connects to a system you already use, and whether it ships to one platform or both. Tell us what you need and you get a fixed-scope quote in US dollars.
The timeline depends on scope and it’s locked into the quote. What never changes is the order: you approve the prototype first, then you get the finished app to test with your team and your real data, and only when it’s the way you want it does it go to the app stores.
Yes. The app is published under your business name and the database lives in an account that belongs to you. You’re never tied to us to keep your data or to keep operating.
Both. We build one application and publish it to the App Store and Google Play, and we add a web version when the project calls for opening it from a computer.
We’re a remote team, the same way most software gets built now. You get a named contact who works your business hours, meetings happen over video, and progress lives on a board you can open any time. Everything we build is delivered through the app stores and the web, so nothing about the work needs anyone in the room.
Everything is quoted and invoiced in US dollars. You can pay by domestic bank transfer inside the United States or by card. You get a proper invoice for your records and the W-8BEN your accountant will ask for.
We train your team until they use it without help, and from there we stay on for support and improvements. Good apps change: features get added as the business grows.
Off-the-shelf software is designed for the average business in your industry: you pay every month, use half of what it does, and bend your process to fit the program. A custom application does the opposite. It’s built around how you actually operate, and it grows when you decide it should.
No. That part is ours. You explain how your business works and we translate it into screens, permissions and automations, with no jargon.
Tell us how your business runs
On one call we learn how you operate and tell you plainly what an app can solve and what it can’t. No cost and no commitment.
