Your client opens the app and sees their treatment in progress: how many sessions they have used and how many are left in their package, when their next appointment is and what’s still outstanding. A front desk powered by artificial intelligence
Inside the app, your client has Valeria: an AI assistant that knows their chart. She tells them how many sessions are left, what aftercare to follow after a peel, which treatment suits their skin type and when their next appointment is, and she flags it if a product conflicts with a recorded allergy, always reminding them that the final call belongs to their provider. This isn’t a generic chatbot: it answers with that client’s real data.
Your clinic’s panel
On the clinic’s side you see the whole business: how many sessions you have today, your revenue for the month, how many packages are active and how many sessions are about to expire. It’s the dashboard that tells you who to call so no package stalls and no chair sits empty.
Scheduling, packages and loyalty
The calendar pulls together the day’s sessions, each with its treatment and its time, and the reminder goes out to the client on its own 24 hours ahead, which is exactly what cuts no-shows. Packages and memberships are tracked with their progress, so your team knows when the closing assessment is due and when to offer the next one.
